What is Project Zoe?

Project Zoe is a people-first RMS designed for churches and faith-based organisations. It gives church leaders a single platform to:
  • Know their people — maintain detailed contact records for every member, visitor, and company in the church
  • Organise into groups — model your church structure as a deep hierarchy (Movement → Network → FOB → Location → Zone → Fellowship)
  • Track events and attendance — record who showed up to services, fellowships, and special events
  • Manage finances — log transactions across bank, mobile money, and cash accounts; reconcile mobile money inflows automatically
  • Gather reports — define custom report templates and collect data submissions from group leaders
  • Coordinate tasks — assign pastoral follow-up tasks to team members and track them to completion
